Through expert instruction and real-world examples, attendees will gain the knowledge needed to improve compliance, optimize reimbursement, and deliver high-quality orthotic care to their patients.
Dr. Lehrman is in private practice just outside Philadelphia and is the Medical Director at the Crozer Wound Healing Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Fellow of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons, and is recognized as a “Master” by the American Professional Wound Care Association. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management and an Expert Panelist on Codingline. In his role as a Consultant to the APMA Health Policy and Practice Department, Dr. Lehrman serves as an advisor to the APMA Coding Committee and the APMA MACRA Task Force. Dr. Lehrman sits on the board of directors of both the American Professional Wound Care Association and the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. He is an adjunct clinical professor at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and trains surgical residents and medical students at his hospital system. Dr. Lehrman is also on the editorial advisory board of the journal WOUNDS.
Lesleigh Sisson brings over three decades of experience in the orthotic and prosthetic (O&P) industry, with a strong background in administrative operations and business strategy. Since beginning her career in 1992, she has developed a deep passion for helping O&P practices succeed—combining her industry knowledge with a commitment to excellence in patient care delivery. In 2015, Lesleigh founded O&P Insight, a full-service consulting firm dedicated to supporting independent O&P businesses. Her work focuses on strategic business guidance, revenue cycle management, compliance support, and leadership development—empowering practices to thrive in today’s complex healthcare environment. Lesleigh is a Certified Fitter of Orthotics and Mastectomy through the American Board for Certification (ABC) and was recognized with the Sam E. Hammontree, CP Business Education Award in 2018 and 2025. She is also a published author and a certified facilitator of Patrick Lencioni’s Working Genius model, which she uses to help teams unlock their full potential. Driven by a mission to elevate the O&P profession, Lesleigh continues to mentor business leaders and advocate for sustainable, patient-centered care.
Bryan Schloss is the Proud Director of Sales and Marketing for Trulife.
He has spent his over 30-year career in the O&P, Podiatry and Breastcare industries. Bryan is responsible for managing Trulife’s Sales and Marketing team and supporting Trulife’s O&P distributor partners’ sales teams. Bryan’s passion is working with Trulife’s customers on developing successful business plans that help facilities be profitable. The combination of Bryan’s high energy, his business acumen and Trulife’s world-class products is a proven successful recipe for Trulife’s partners.
Bryan resides in Redondo Beach, California with his wife Olga of 27 years and 2 sons Brandon 25 and Kevin 21.
Dana began her O&P career in 1997 at an independent patient care facility as a member of the management team, overseeing accounts payable, human resources, patient outcomes, quality assurance programs, purchasing and inventory control, marketing, and accounts receivable. Dana Glover joined O&P Insight in 2022 and has since earned the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA) and University of Hartford Certificate in O&P Business Management. In the past several years, Dana has embraced her passion for patient advocacy, seeking to change policy and educate clinicians, administrative staff, patients, and other healthcare partners about the importance of accessible care to the limb different/limb loss community.
